*Note that if you use our expungement services we will include Background Check Removal, which means our office will take that extra step automatically that most services will not.

**Filing fees and service of process - $175 will be added to all expungement services.

We can get going on our services for a down payment of $299 and the balance due in 30 days. Note that the process will move quicker with full payment upfront as we can keep working without waiting for payment. We can't set a court date until full payment is received.

Money Back Guarantee

Yes we will refund your fees if we do not achieve an expungement or dismissal of your conviction. Note that if there were probation violations or it turns out that you have another criminal matter pending, we cannot guarantee such results or provide money back . We often can work with some probation violations but cannot guarantee we can make it fly with the court. We generally will not take a matter when we know up front that there are pending criminal actions or further criminal actions after the subject conviction. Call our office if you have multiple convictions as we can usually work on that as well. Also, ask about our price structure for multiple convictions.
